Unity has been a reoccurring struggle during 2020. I collaborated with two other designers to create an interactive mobile installation from recycled materials to promote unity and discover what unity means to others. During a time of high tension and stress with the election, the pandemic, and the Black Lives Matter movement, we wanted to give people a voice and an outlet to discuss their opinion on these important topics. To add another layer of unification we urged participants to overlap and interact with other answers to replicate graffiti symbolizing a connection that we all share with one another.
